Threats, insults, and other aggressive behavior are unacceptable on Xp Freelancer. If you find yourself the victim of such behavior, we recommend that you immediately stop corresponding with the seller to avoid escalating the situation. Contact the Xp Freelancer Support Team with your order ID and an explanation of the situation.


Our Support Team will do their best to resolve the issue directly with the seller. If this is not possible or if the situation has already escalated too far, our Support Team will cancel the order and issue you a full refund.

Furthermore, the Support Team may take measures against the seller, first with a warning, or by blocking their account in the most serious cases.


Note: Remember to contact our Support Team in conflict situations rather than using the cancelation or Arbitration function. Arbitration and cancelation requests are visible to the seller and will not help ease the tension.
